Ingredients
- 0.75 oz (22½ ml) White Rum
- 0.75 oz (22½ ml) Gold Rum
- 0.75 oz (22½ ml) Dark Rum
- 1.5 oz (45 ml) Pineapple Juice
- 0.75 oz (22½ ml) Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Orgeat
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Bigger citrus hit. Use slightly less.

Any aromatic bitters works.

Garnish: Pineapple wedge, mint sprig, and three speared cherries
Instructions
Add all ingredients except the dark rum to a shaker with crushed ice. Shake briefly, then pour unstrained into a tall glass filled with crushed ice. Float the dark rum over the top so it cascades down in three layers.
