Ingredients
- 2 oz (60 ml) Cachaca
- 1/2 Fresh Lime (in wedges)
- 1 oz (30 ml) Passion Fruit Pulp
- 2 tsp (10 ml) White Sugar

Garnish: A lime wheel and a spoon of passion fruit seeds
Instructions
Muddle the lime wedges and sugar in a rocks glass until juicy. Add the passion fruit pulp and cachaca, then fill with crushed ice and stir well until frosty.

The classic Caipirinha turned canary-yellow with tropical passion fruit for Brazil. Equal parts samba and sunshine.
