  • 0.75 oz (22½ ml) Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White

Instructions

Dry shake gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white without ice for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe and let the foam settle into a level white cap.
