Ingredients

  • 2oz (60 ml) Apple Brandy
  • 0.25oz (7½ ml) Demerara Syrup
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s
  • Absinthe rinse

Instructions

Stir all but absinthe. Rinse glass with absinthe. Strain and serve neat with a lemon twist.
