Ingredients
- 2oz (59.15ml) Apple Brandy
- 0.25oz (7.39ml) Demerara Syrup
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s
- Absinthe rinse

Instructions
Stir all but absinthe. Rinse glass with absinthe. Strain and serve neat with a lemon twist.
