Ingredients

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Gin
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) Blue Curacao
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) Coconut Cream
  • 0.75 oz (22½ ml) Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 oz (60 ml) Soda Water

Instructions

Shake gin, blue curacao, coconut cream, and lime juice with ice until chilled and frothy. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice and top with soda water for a sky-blue-and-white finish.

Barkeep's Notes

Sky blue and white for the defending champions Argentina, crowned with a golden citrus sun. Light, coconut-soft, and celebratory. A float of Fernet works in place of the blue curacao for an authentic Argentine kick.
