  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) London Dry Gin
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) Elderflower Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz (22½ ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) Strawberry Syrup
  • 2 oz (60 ml) Soda Water

Instructions

Shake gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and strawberry syrup with ice. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice and top with soda water, letting the strawberry settle into a red-and-white finish.
