Ingredients

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Cognac
  • 0.75 oz (22½ ml) Orange Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz (22½ ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.25 oz (7½ ml) Butterfly Pea Flower Syrup

Instructions

Shake cognac, orange liqueur, lemon juice, and butterfly pea syrup with ice until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe with a sugared rim; the butterfly pea lends a deep Les Bleus indigo.
