Ingredients
- 2 oz (60 ml) Bourbon
- 0.75 oz (22½ ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Maple Syrup
- 2 oz (60 ml) Sparkling Wine
- 0.25 oz (7½ ml) Cherry Syrup

Garnish: A brandied cherry and a lemon twist
Instructions
Shake bourbon, lemon juice, and maple syrup with ice until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe and top with sparkling wine. Slowly pour the cherry syrup down the side so it sinks into a red heart at the base.
